Building Performance

It was great having someone involved who knew exactly what to do and is such a good mediator. Murton & Co’s involvement completely changed what was a very stressful situation into a simple one.

The service was second-to-none. Murton & Co were great to work with and very responsive when I had any queries. I feel more relaxed knowing that I’m prepared for changes to EPC legislation. Whatever happens, I won’t need to worry.

I like to work with people I can engage with and who are willing to discuss the issues so we can achieve the solution. This helps take the pressure off me. That’s certainly true of Murton & Co; I can learn from them while they take my views on board. We’re a good team.

Johnathan has a very pro-active attitude. His skills are first class and his instructions are very clear and knowledgeable. He doesn’t just tell you the problem, he always suggests a solution.

It was an excellent service. Jonathon was very efficient and even offered to come in at the weekend, when our clients aren’t around, so it was very convenient. He kept us up-to-date with everything and ensured we got what we wanted. We’ve even used the floor plan in mock Health & Safety projects with the students!

We were looking after a hotel development for a client, and Jonathon advised that they didn’t actually need an EPC, so was able to save us extra work and the client some money. He is very honest like that.

Excellent set of portfolios. Tracking and feedback records were excellent and an example of Best Practice.

Thank you very much Jonny, I so appreciate your guidance. Boy, has this been a battle.. Thank goodness for Google and your advice! I am going to owe you a lot of chocolate biscuits!

Thank you so much Jonny, I have really enjoyed taking this qualification which is down to you and the support you have given. I am really excited now to start so I hope it goes well with the verification. Would like to keep in touch.

Thank you for your very prompt and efficient attention to my portfolio. I was indeed a pleasure to meet you and I say again, I think you were left in a very challenging situation with the learning material at the start of the course and I’m sure had it not been for own expertise in this field we have struggled even more than we did so. Thank you and hope to meet you again on my next training course, maybe Commercial Green Deals.

Your kind comments are much appreciated. I am most grateful for the guidance and support you provided throughout the course, and I found the whole experience to be immensely rewarding.

Firstly let me say what a pleasure it has been working with you, your guidance and professional advice as been without a doubt excellent from day one. I did begin to have doubts about my own ability, whether I would be able to complete the course, in some areas I have struggled to understand as you know. Honestly Jonny, to say I’m over-the-moon is an understatement, and I think a couple of pints will go down rather nice. I can’t wait to get started with my new skills.
